Suicide has many faces. Your age doesn't matter. Your religion doesn't matter. It doesn't matter whether you are young, old, male, female, single, married, a mom or a dad. Suicide has no rules. Only faces and hurting hearts. Hurting hearts that now extend to you. You are now left to go on. You don't know how. You don't even know where to begin. You journey can begin here...

You are invited to join us. We know it's hard to take that first step. You can't even believe you're doing this or that you need to. We thought the same thing. We lost a sister and 15 year old grandson to suicide. So we know. We started this group for you because only those who have gone through this horrible tragedy can understand. We are not counselors but have gone though what you are going through.

You don't need to talk if you aren't ready or don't want to. Just come. You'll find comfort in sitting with those who know how you feel and share the thoughts you might have. We are on this journey together.
